%X The article discusses the psychological support provided by hospitals to their residents and clinicians. Increasingly, though, hospital administrators recognize that clinicians' needs, whether they involve a medical error or sadness following a rash of patient deaths. Meanwhile, individual hospitals are launching their own initiatives. Addressing job stressors, though, is complicated by clinicians' reluctance to even admit weakness.
